If you forgot your password, the first thing you should do is press the 'forgot password' link on the login page. This should email you a password reset. IF you do not receive the password reset email, contact info@presidentrealty.ca and we can reset the password for you.

You can customize the types of notifications you receive from BrokerBay, just follow the below steps: 1) Login to Brokerbay. 2) Select the profile icon located in the top right corner, then select Notification Settings from the drop down. 3) There are two tabs of notification preferences, make sure you tab through both pages; My Brokerage and Office Messages. 4) Office Messages will determine how you receive your messages. You can choose between Email or Text Message, or both. 5) My Brokerage allows you to customize how often you receive new listing, exclusive listing, and open house notifications. You can also select which brokerages you receive messages from as well as if you receive them instantly, daily or weekly. 6) Check and uncheck which notifications you would like to receive, then press Save.

1) Login to BrokerBay 2) Click on Dashboard in the left side bar. 3) Under Listings click on the Listing you want to view. This will pull up a full listing View. Click on Showings. 4) This will pull up a complete list of everyone who has shown the property. Click on an appointment to view the full details. 5) If you would like to print the full list of showings, select the small print icon in the top-right corner. This will allow you to print a pdf version. You can customize it to print a client version

All messages will be sent to you via text or email depending on your notification preferences. However, you can still view all your messages in one place using the following steps: 1) Log into BrokerBay 2) Click on the grey message icon located in the top-right corner. Select See All to view more 3) Search for messages by typing in the name or subject in the search bar. Select the message to pull it up and view the conversation> 4) If you would like to view the office memos, just select the grey bell icon instead.
